HERITAGE

The Language of Symbols

Persian Falcon designs are not decorative. They are drawn from a visual language developed over 3,500 years. Symbols that carried meaning across empires, trade routes, and generations.

Understanding Persian Symbolism

Ancient Persia was one of humanity's great civilizations, spanning from the Mediterranean to the Indus, connecting East and West. The Persian people developed a rich symbolic vocabulary that expressed their values, beliefs, and identity.

These symbols were never merely decorative. Each carried layers of meaning: philosophical, spiritual, and cultural. They appeared on royal seals, palace reliefs and rock carvings, warrior standards, and everyday objects. They were the visual language of a people.

At Persian Falcon, we honor these symbols by translating them faithfully into modern forms, wearable pieces that allow you to carry this heritage with you.

Below, you'll find the symbols we work with, and what they mean.
