Our Products
​​​Persian Falcon pieces are produced using a combination of craft and precision manufacturing processes. Each item is quality checked before it leaves us. Because of the nature of how our pieces are made, minor variations between items of the same design may occasionally occur. These are not flaws. They are a natural characteristic of the process.

All solid products are crafted from gold-plated iron, hard enamel, and non-precious coloured stones. Display Tiles and Magnet Tiles include a strong magnet.
​
For best longevity, keep all pieces away from water, moisture, sweat, chemicals, and lotions.

Shipping
​
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and will be clearly shown before you complete your order.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Persian Falcon is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
​

Returns
​​​You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with UK consumer law. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
​
To initiate a return, email us at info@persianfalcon.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
​
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
​
Custom or personalised items and sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. We do not offer exchanges.
​
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we want to put it right. Email us at info@persianfalcon.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a photograph of the damage. In most cases we will arrange a replacement without requiring you to return the original item. Each case is handled individually and we will always do our best to find a fair resolution.

Ownership & Design
All designs and intellectual property are exclusively owned by Persian Falcon. Reproduction or use of any design without written permission is not permitted.

Privacy Policy

Persian Falcon is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What We Collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and payment information. When you sign up to our mailing list we collect your email address and, if provided, your country and how you heard about us. When you contact us we collect the information you choose to share.

Our website is not directed at anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 16 please do not submit your personal data to us.

How We Use Your Data
We use your data to process and fulfil your orders, communicate with you about your order, send you updates and new release information if you have opted in, and improve our website and customer experience. We will never sell your personal data to third parties. We will never share your data with anyone outside of the services required to run our business.

Third Parties We Work With
To operate our website and process orders we work with the following third party services, each of which has its own data protection policy: Wix, our website platform, which may collect analytics data about site visitors; PayPal, Stripe, and Apple Pay, our payment processors. We do not store your card details. Payment data is handled entirely by these providers.

How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep order data for up to 6 years in line with UK tax and accounting requirements. If you unsubscribe from our mailing list your email address will be removed promptly. If you request deletion of your data we will action this within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request that we correct inaccurate data, request that we delete your data, object to how we use your data, and withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis for processing.
